Undergraduate Students

Every prospective student should provide the TSMA Application Committee with the following documents:

• Application Form

• National Passport (original + photocopy, in addition – photocopy of issued visa)

• Notarized Certificate of Secondary Education with appendix (courses and grades);

• Birth Certificate (photocopy)

• Medical Certificate (should be issued at least 3 months prior to admission, HIV test)

• 12 photographs, size 3 * 4 cm (preferably black & white on matt paper)

• Prove of Medical Insurance

Postgraduate Students

Documents Necessary for Admission:

• Application Form

• National Passport (original + photocopy, in addition – photocopy of issued visa)

• Notarized Diploma of registered Medical School (MD/MBBS or other related degree) with appendix (courses, grades)

• Birth Certificate (photocopy)

• Medical Certificate (should be issued at least 3 months prior to admission, HIV test)

• 12 photographs, size 3 * 4 cm (preferably black & white on matt paper)

• Prove of Medical Insurance

There is no official deadline but since our programs are popular early application is advisable.
